When the gear reducer manufacturer installs the hardened gear reducer, the installation accuracy of the equipment supplying bulk materials to the hardened gear reducer may be poor, but there are still high requirements. These devices form independent continuous lines for each transmission. The continuous operation line consists of some process related feeding devices: advanced materials in the workshop, the conveyor from the silo to the weighing hopper, and the weighing hopper are all added to the hard tooth surface reducer.

The continuous feed line operates automatically. Weigh 0.1 to 10 tons of ingredients according to the specified procedure, weigh some ores and lime, and weigh bauxite and lime. Each batch of bulk material is added to the reducer through a slit in the water-cooled hood and a retractable chute. Ferroalloy from the silo is loaded into the weighing hopper with a feeder, transferred to a self opening tank, and then added into the steel water tank along the chute.
