Maintenance methods and quality standards of cylindrical gear reducer, put forward key points of management and control for disassembly and maintenance of cylindrical gear reducer, introduced relevant precautions for disassembly and assembly of reducer, and expounded methods and experience of bearing replacement, clearance adjustment and fit clearance measurement.
Preparation of spare parts and tools. Before the commencement of work, the materials and spare parts used in the maintenance shall be comprehensively inspected and checked to ensure that they are in good condition and available. The used maintenance tools shall be comprehensively inspected and tested for appearance. The cable reel, electric tools and lifting tools shall be within the inspection cycle and pass the appearance inspection. After passing the inspection, all of them shall be transported to the designated location on the maintenance site for on-site inspection and preparation. Fixed location management shall be carried out at the maintenance site. Before commencement, the layout of the maintenance site shall be completed, all inspection measures shall be implemented, and the work ticket has been handled, which is ready for commencement. Construction period disclosure. The person in charge of the work shall explain the precautions, maintenance quality requirements and work progress to the staff, and then enter the work site to start the maintenance work.
1. Remove each bearing outer ring (mark it), lift out the high-speed shaft, medium speed shaft and low-speed shaft of the reducer, and place them in the maintenance area. Preliminary inspection for gear and shaft of reducer shows that there are no cracks, broken teeth and falling blocks, and the gear is not loose on the shaft.
2. Make limited arrangements to check the wear of the reducer shaft head framework oil seal joint and shaft surface for timely brush plating. The shaft surface is evenly worn, and the wear groove is less than 0.3mm, otherwise it shall be treated. Priority shall be given to checking the signs of rotating wear of the bearing housing of the reducer housing bearing hole, and the wear of the bearing retainer ring and end cover shall be recorded for targeted measurement.
3. The mechanical oil in the reducer shall be stored in a special oil cylinder, the box shall be cleaned with kerosene, and the interior of the reducer box shall be preliminarily inspected (the oil stain on the ground shall be cleaned in time to avoid personnel slipping). In combination with the external leakage of the reducer box, make marks and focus on the points inside the box to check that there are no cracks or abnormalities. Clean the sealant on the joint surface of the upper and lower gearbox of the reducer, and check the sealing surface.
