The extractor rotor we use is equipped with a transmission chain. During use, there have been cases where the pins have escaped and fallen off, and the chain has been bitten by gears. Due to the unreasonable installation form of the rotor chain, it is difficult and time-consuming to disassemble the rotor chain. In the rush repair, the shell of the extractor needs to be opened. To remove the damaged rotor chain, the pins on the chain must be knocked off first. Because a large amount of solvent gas escapes during the disassembly process, it is very dangerous to hit the metal violently even with explosion-proof tools, and the long working time is also very harmful to the health of the workers.
In view of these situations, we have made great improvements to the installation form of the rotor chain. Change the installation form of the upper and lower pressure plates and interlocking to segmental connection and hook fixing. Divide the rotor chain into sections every 9 sections, and fix the two ends of each section on the trapezoidal plate with large bolts. There are 3 sets of hooks in each section, and the upper and lower ends of the column pins of the rotor chain lie in the hook grooves of the hooks. When a section of the rotor chain is damaged, as long as the fixing bolts at both ends of the section of the chain where it is located are removed, the section of the chain can be easily removed for repair and replacement.
