Cooling method of worm gear reducer

1、 A cooling coil is installed in the oil tank of the box, and the cooling water in the pipe takes away part of the heat of the lubricating oil.

2、 Fan cooling: install a fan on the extension shaft of the worm to increase heat dissipation to reduce temperature.

3、 Install the external circulation device of lubricating oil to reduce the oil temperature.

4、 A cooling fin is added outside the box to increase the cooling surface.

The operating temperature of worm gear reducer shall be controlled from minus 40 ℃ to minus 40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than zero ℃, the reducer shall be heated before startup to fully dissolve the lubricating oil or use the lubricating oil with low freezing point.
