Tips for using the reducer

Today, we will introduce some tips for using the reducer:

1. After 200~300 hours of continuous operation, the oil shall be changed for the first time, and the oil quality shall be checked regularly in the future operation. The oil mixed with impurities or metamorphosis must be replaced in time. In general, for reducers that have been operating continuously for a long time, it is standard to replace new oil once a year or 5000 hours of operation. For reducers that have been out of service for a long time, new oil should be replaced before starting operation. The reducer shall be filled with oil with the same trademark as the original one, and it is better not to mix it with oil of different brands, but oil with the same trademark but different viscosity can be mixed;

2. When changing the oil, wait for the reducer to cool down without burning danger, but still keep it warm, because when the oil temperature is completely cooled, the viscosity of the oil increases, making it difficult to drain the oil. However, it should be noted that: the power supply of the transmission device should be blocked to prevent inadvertent energization;

3. During operation, when it is found that the oil temperature rise exceeds 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is generated, the operation shall be stopped, the cause shall be checked, the fault must be eliminated, and the operation can be continued only after the lubricating oil is replaced;

4. The user shall have reasonable rules and regulations for operation and maintenance, and special machine management personnel shall carefully record the reducer operation and problems found in inspection, and strictly follow the above requirements.
