Why is the reducer housing charged?

When the reducer cannot be started, it cannot be forced to start the motor several times, which will cause damage to the motor. An in-depth analysis should be made according to the specific conditions and symptoms, and the reducer should be started again after finding out the reason why it cannot be started, so as to avoid the expansion of electric common faults. What is the reason for the induction electrification of the reducer housing? Why does the reducer housing sense power up?

Induction electrification is not allowed for all reducer casings in normal operation, so as to avoid induction electrification of motor casings. The common reasons for induction electrification of motor casings are summarized as follows.

1. Wrong power plug and wire connector;

2. The motor stator winding insulation layer is damaged, leading to electrification. The reasons are as follows: the three-phase asynchronous motor has been used for a long time, and the winding insulation layer is determined to be brittle; Or the winding insulation layer is damaged due to dirt entering the motor; Or the winding resistance is burnt due to the motor's long-term hot load; Or the power supply voltage exceeds the rated current of the motor, causing the motor stator winding insulation layer to penetrate. This will make the plastic shell of the motor induction electrified. In addition, if the surrounding environment of the motor is wet and cold; Or the motor is eroded in rainy and snowy weather, and water drops enter the motor; Or because of the corrosion of harmful substances. This is to reduce the dielectric strength of three-phase winding resistance (the grounding resistance is reduced), so that the plastic shell of the motor is inductively electrified.

3. The winding resistance of the motor is damp, and the brittle insulation layer can reduce the dielectric strength;

4. Contact shell between lead and terminal block;

5. The destruction of partial winding insulation layer makes the transmission line collide with the shell;

6. Poor connection;

7. The patch panel is damaged or the surface has too much oil stain;

8. The transmission line is damaged by the loose iron core.
